Henry Sanders, Jr. (Moderator) - CEO & Publisher, 365 Media and CEO, 365 Nation

Henry Sanders is CEO and Publisher of 365 Media and founder of 365 Nation. His work focuses on storytelling, civic engagement, and building platforms that highlight voices from communities of color across Wisconsin. He has served in government, business, and nonprofit leadership roles, developing partnerships that strengthen local economies and expand public leadership pathways. Sanders believes in leadership rooted in accountability, shared ownership, and community care.

Tehassi tasi Hill (Panelist) - Chairman, Oneida Nation

Tehassi tasi Hill serves as Chairman of the Oneida Nation. His leadership focuses on governance, cultural stewardship, and strengthening community through shared decision-making. Hill works to advance education, health, and economic development while sustaining the Nation’s sovereignty and cultural traditions. He emphasizes leadership grounded in responsibility to future generations.

Dr. Sagashus Levingston (Panelist) - Founder and CEO, Infamous Mothers, LLC

Sagashus Levingston is the founder and CEO of Infamous Mothers, a social enterprise that provides coaching, curriculum, and cultural education focused on Black women’s leadership and storytelling. She is an author, scholar, and speaker whose work centers lived experience, healing, and shared power. Levingston partners with universities, corporations, and community organizations to build environments where people feel seen and supported in their leadership journeys.

Karen Menéndez Coller, PhD (Panelist) - Executive Director, Centro Hispano of Dane County

Karen Menéndez Coller has led Centro Hispano of Dane County since 2013. Born in El Salvador, she guides community-centered strategies that support Latinx families in leadership, health, and economic stability. She has been recognized locally and nationally for her community leadership. Centro recently opened Calli, a space rooted in cultural identity and collective growth, supported through a successful capital campaign led by Menéndez Coller.
