This Year's Conversations

Fifteen sessions and two hands-on masterclasses, all built around this year's theme: what actually sustains leaders, institutions, and communities over time — not just what looks good in the moment.

Five blocks of programming from the opening keynote through the closing block, covering leadership succession, generational wealth, AI, housing, authentic leadership, and more — plus two hands-on masterclasses.
